The law offices of Timothy J. Sierra are primarily engaged in the areas of Personal Injury, Bankruptcy and Family Law. Mr. Sierra is a practitioner with offices in Tampa and Brandon, Florida.
Mr. Sierra is assisted by a legal secretary, and they work together to ensure the prompt and economical delivery of legal services to his clients. His office hours
are normally 8:30 to 5:00 but will fluctuate to serve your needs.
He will keep you informed of the progress of your case on a regular basis. He uses the telephone,
memoranda, and when appropriate, copies of legal documents created on your behalf. If questions arise, you are invited to email or call for information.
Fees and fee arrangements are discussed at the first meeting. In most cases fees are based on time and responsibility involved. The fee policies
conform to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct (ABA) and include providing you with a written fee arrangement.
