Work Experience

Mr. Sierra started the practice of law in 1987 after graduating from Indiana University School of Law and upon gaining admission to the Florida Bar.

Prior to his admission to The Florida Bar, he clerked for a law firm practicing in the area of commercial litigation, taxation and for an attorney practicing in the area of ersonal injury.

From 1987 through 1990, Mr. Sierra started practicing criminal defense at the Office of the Public Defender in Hillsborough County and later as a partner at the law firm of Furnell, O'Haire and Sierra.

In 1991, Mr. Sierra opened his own law firm in Tampa practicing criminal defense and then over the next several years expanding his practice to include representing clients involved in personal injury, divorce and bankruptcy.

In 1995, Mr. Sierra opened a second law office in Brandon, FL and in 2008, opened a third satellite office in Riverview, Florida. 

Since opening his offices, Mr. Sierra has served hundreds of clients. Today, he primarily practices in the areas of personal injury, divorce and bankruptcy.
