Debit Card Payments

You can easily pay your bill or retainer balance with a debit card using the buttons below. Please note that clicking either button will take you to a separate secure site to process the transaction. You will be able to specify the amount of your payment on that page. If you do not have an invoice number please enter your last name in that field. You may make a payment to one or both accounts. For example, if a client had a balance of $600.00, $500.00 for fee and $100.00 for costs, a client would enter a transaction under the fee account link for $500.00 and a separate transaction in the trust account for $100.00.

If you are paying on behalf of another person, please indicate that persons full name in the reference box. We accept Visa, MasterCard American Express and Discover. Debtors are prohibited from using their credit cards for payment for bankruptcy services.

FEE ACCOUNT
The "Fee Account" link is for legal fees.

TRUST ACCOUNT
The "Trust Account" link is for funds to be placed into the trust account of the firm for client’s costs such as the filing fee.

*A payment does not create an attorney-client relationship and one should not be inferred by the recipient. Such a relationship may only be created by both a written retainer agreement with Timothy J. Sierra LLC, signed by the attorney and potential client, and payment of agreed upon fees.
